Arizona

First of all Adam and Alaya have been sick pretty much the whole time we have been in Arizona. So on Monday morning Alaya woke up with croup and Adam has had a bad cold/allergies for almost 2 weeks now. Tuesday morning at 3am I had to take Alaya to the ER cause her cough was so bad. They gave her a steroid shot in the leg.

Monday morning when I was going to wal-mart to get Alaya and Adam some medicine and as im pulling into wal-mart there were 20 cop cars and all I see is yellow caution tape through out the parking lot. I drove close to the front of wal-mart and there was a wal-mart worker asking me "if I was coming or going?" I said "coming". She said "hurry up and park and get inside the store." Once I heard that I said "umm..... No thanks, Ill go to Walgreen's. Immediately I call my parents cause my dad works for the fire department to see what is going on. I get home and they said "an older lady was shot and killed, then her husband was shot and went right in for surgery and also the their dog was killed." On Tuesday morning they pulled the guy (the killer) over in New Mexico and as the cop was walking up to the car they guy shot himself in the head. This week has been a crazy week! I'll be posting pictures later.

Draper Temple!

Today we were able to go to the Draper Temple open house. It was so beautiful and so awesome to feel the spirit inside, especially with Alaya. I was so sad that Adam wasn't able to come with us, cause he was down in Arizona working but I sure was thinking of him. Its always awesome to see new Temples and just how beautiful and amazing they are inside.

Billy the Kid

So I have been meaning to put some pictures up of my lil brother, Billy, arm. This is when he broke it last month and they had to put screws and pins in his arm, it looks painful. When they put they put the screws in he was in a lot of pain, I mean just look at the picture. This makes me not want to do anything that will make me maybe break my bones. ahhhhh!!!

Having more than one kid.

So at the beginning of this year I started watching a 3 year old girl. I thought this would be good for Alaya to have someone to play with. Well I was just planning on watching one kid, then I forgot to take my post down and I received another call to watch a 15 mo old boy. I said SURE! Well it has been fun and makes having one kid a lot easier, that is for sure!! The lil girl is quiet the handful, she just doesn't listen haha! I'll tell Alaya to not just on the couch then seconds later you see the lil girl jumping on the couch. haha! Don't get it! The lil boy has been great! Yesterday his mom brought him over and within 2 mins he was asleep on the floor haha! So I just picked him up and put him in the port a crib. I haven't heard him once cry. I just hear 2 and 3 year old emotional girls,haha! It has been a good experience for me and fixes my need of wanting another one for now.

Valentines Day!

Alright this is a bit late but better late than never. So For Valentine Day we went over to our friends house for a delicious breakfast, came home took naps, then we had I believe pizza for dinner haha! I do lil things for Adam all year round sooo Valentines Day is basically just another day for us. But Adam did make Alaya and I these CUTE cards. He used conversation hearts in the note and it was way cute! He is always so creative. I got him our favorite ice cream, which is Phish Food from Ben and Jerrys, yeah I know I went all out. haha!
